Villa Avalon is a spectacular villa set in a quiet rural location, yet close to all amenities. With stunning views to the sea and nearby golf courses and plenty of space to relax, it is an ideal place to base your holiday whilst exploring the rest of the Algarve.
This holiday home has 7 bedrooms. On the lower floor, there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with a shower, furnished with a double bed, and 1 ensuite bedroom for 4 people, furnished with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. There is also an independent service bathroom on this floor.
The ground floor has a bedroom furnished with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor we find the remaining 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and in its private bathroom you'll find a hydromassage bath and a shower. The second bedroom is ensuite and is furnished with a double bed and a shower in the bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with
a bunk bed. On this floor you will also find an independent bathroom with a shower.
Outside there is an excellent private heated swimming pool (optional extra), a jacuzzi (optional extra) next to the pool, both perfect for cooling off during the heat of the day, or relaxing during the beautiful Algarvian evenings and also a seating area. On one level above the pool, you will find a spacious dining area with extraordinary sea and countryside views with a large typical barbecue and a bread/pizza oven.
The property has several indoor spaces where you can escape the heat of the day and relax in the cool air-conditioned interior - whether with a game of darts, pool or spending some time in the amazing indoor cinema, with its great surround sound system and luxurious cinema chairs. All the communal areas are open plan and stylishly decorated. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking at home during your stay.
The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac between the Salgados nature reserve and golf course, the stunning beach of Praia Grande, and the town of Armação de Pera. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The longest stretch of beach in the Western Algarve is also just a few minutes’ drive from the villa, as is the Nature Reserve of Salgados, home to many species of migrating birds. The city of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town, Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as many excellent restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 15-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted.
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 16 people.
• The 17th to the 22nd persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
Dans le cas de l'annulation du contrat par le client, les frais d'annulation seront retenus selon le barème suivant :
Toute annulation doit être notifiée par écrit dans un délai de 3 jours suivant la survenance de l'événement conditionnant l'annulation et ne sera prise en compte qu'à réception du courrier du locataire. Si le locataire prend possession des lieux après la date prévue au contrat ou quitte les lieux avant cette date, il ne pourra prétendre à un remboursement pour la période non courue.
En cas de non présentation du locataire dans les 48 heures suivant la date de début de contrat et en l'absence d'informations complémentaires, le contrat sera annulé de plein droit et la totalité du solde exigée. Annulation du contrat par Locasun : si des circonstances imprévisibles l'exigent, ou si des faits relevant de la force majeure rendent la mise à disposition du logement impossible, Locasun se réserve le droit d'annuler le contrat avant le séjour et de vous proposer une location de remplacement de valeur similaire. Un nouveau contrat est alors établi par écrit. Dans le cas où aucune solution de remplacement ne pourrait être trouvée,
Locasun vous informera par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Vous obtiendrez alors le remboursement immédiat et intégral des sommes déjà versées.
En général, les arrivées pour cette location s’effectuent entre 16h et 19h et les départs autour de 10h. Les horaires seront précisés sur les documents de voyage que vous recevrez après avoir soldé votre réservation.
